Matt W. Ikle - President/CEO
Matt Ikle is the President/CEO of Elite Insurance Agency. Matt's father passed away from cancer at the age of 38, when Matt was only 15. He learned at an early age that life is full of situations that are difficult to deal with if you are not prepared. He founded Elite with an emphasis on providing old-fashioned service to meet the insurance needs of family and friends, to help them be prepared for the unexpected. The agency has grown to serving all types of personal and business insurance lines, from Tier II suppliers to your local landscaper. He is licensed in Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin and Nevada.
Angellina Ikle - Office Manager/CSR
Angellina Ikle, the wife of Matt Ikle, is the office manager and customer service representative (CSR) of Elite Insurance. She is involved with assisting each client’s service needs, including billing, quoting, updating/changing policies, and problem solving any issue that should arise.
Nancy Purdy - CSR
Nancy is married with three grown children and five grandchildren. She is involved with assisting each client’s service needs, including billing, quoting, updating/changing policies, and problem solving any issue that should arise. Nancy is very involved with her family and likes to spend time up north on Lake Huron.
Marsha Ikle - Newsletter Publisher
Marsha Ikle is Matt’s mother. She is a dedicated CSR for the agency. She works in the office two days a week and fills in other days when needed. She worked at the Domino’s Pizza World Headquarters as an executive assistant and corporate travel manager for 22 years and has recently retired. Marsha is active with the First United Methodist Church in Brighton, Michigan.
Ronald Hagen - Director of Risk Management
Ron has over 20 years of experience as a senior level executive. He has a national reputation for developing new product lines along with creative marketing programs in the financial and insurance services industry. Ron has particular expertise in long term
care insurance nationally; he is a former consultant to the State of California LTC Partnership Program as well as to the U.S.Congress and White House on the 1996 HIPAA Legislation. Ron also developed the Hartford AARP program.
